Ok, sorry for the extended lack in posts this past week. I took an unannounced and unplanned break from blogging. Back to it…

I came across this blog post over at the Worship Matters blog written by Bob Kauflin entitled “Is Worship Listening or Participating?” It looks at the question of is it really worship if you are sitting and watching a performance and not participating.

We meet as God’s people to proclaim his praise, not only listen to it being proclaimed (Ps. 40:5).
